TERMS AND CONDITIONS

BOOKINGS

• All bookings are subject to a 30% deposit at the time of booking.

  
  

• The booking secures all item mentioned on the estimate or invoice provided. This includes RSA qualified servers, booking confirmation, mobile bar and any associated preparation required.

  
  

• All servers adhere to the Liquor Control Act and ensure responsible service of alcohol at all times. 

  
  

• Venues must be approved before booking.

  
  

• All bookings DO NOT include alcohol. All alcohol is to be supplied by the client/customer at an approved venue as per Racing, Gaming and Liquor Rules and Regulations in accordance with the Liquor Control Act.

  
  

• We do not accept decreasing numbers to the booking after the deposit has been paid.

  
  

• Deposit must be paid in full by date listed and full payment required the day before event. If event is cancelled 14 days prior, then a 70% refund will be given. If the event is cancelled within 14 days, then the deposit will be not refunded.

  
  

• Travel fee may apply if destination of event is over 50km from Rockingham, WA. Fee is calculated on an individual basis.

  
  

• Special considerations are given in the event of a COVID-19 lockdown.

  EVENT DAY

• All glassware is provided but if any breakages or any items that are not accounted for then the customer will be charged within 3 days after the event. Replacement fees of $5 per glass (Maximum fee - $100)

• Set up and clean-up of bar is not included in time paid for but if you require our services to be extended on the night, then excess payment must be paid promptly on the event day ($40 per hour/per server)

  RSA 

  Servers reserve the right to cease serving beverages if any or all guests become intoxicated as per RSA GUIDELINES and if any or all guests become aggressive, demanding and/or abusive towards all Crossbar & Co. Staff member. Servers will cease work and leave the venue. The client will not be able to receive a refund in any of these instances. The client who books the event has the right to dispute this claim and an investigation will be conducted with Crossbar & Co. staff.
